Product Brief
GLEITMO 603 is produced by Fuchs Lubritech GmbH. It can reduce and stabilize the friction coefficient of fasteners, so that the friction coefficient is averaged and the dispersion is minimized. It is also known as "friction coefficient stabilizer" in the industry.
This product is a transparent anti-friction film lubricant specially developed for mass-produced components. It has excellent adhesion on various surfaces. It is suitable for all kinds of fasteners that require stable friction coefficient, but not very low. The torque can be preset to ensure that the friction coefficient is stable (averaged), so it can provide predictable and duplicate assembly results. Paintable (in accordance with Volkswagen Corporation-VW color and paint test specification 3.10.7 and main standard 57650).
Application range
GLEITMO 603 is particularly suitable for the lubrication of mass-produced parts. Such as nuts/bolts for the automotive industry, torque control (Torque Control) bolts/nuts, and steel structure high-strength connection pairs...etc.
