HMP film lubricant-GLEITMO® 605

Product Brief
GLEITMO 605 is produced by the German Fuchs Lubritech GmbH. It can reduce and stabilize the friction coefficient of fasteners, so that the friction coefficient is averaged and the dispersion is minimized. It is also known as "friction coefficient stabilizer" in the industry.

This product is a general-purpose dry film lubricant suitable for anti-friction lubrication films coated with threaded components. Certified by the German Federal Material Inspection Agency (BAM), it can be used for oxygen armatures (10 bar, 60°C). It can ensure that the friction coefficient is stable and uniform (averaged), which meets the requirements of the German Automobile Industry Association VDA.


Application range
GLEITMO 605 is particularly suitable for the lubrication of mass-produced parts. Such as nuts/bolts for automotive industry, expansion screws, chipboard screws (Chipboard Screws) and steel structure high-strength connection pairs...etc.
